Premium New Zealand snails, wok-tossed to order in the sauce you choose — tamarind for sour-sweet, satay for nutty heat, lemongrass and chilli for fragrance, or butter and garlic for pure richness. Crusty bread comes with it, and you will want it: the sauce left in the bowl is the best part. Allergens vary with the sauce, so tell us which one you are having.
